Making manual Script invoice & Reprint invoices.Receipt cum invoice sent with copies if any else by post.Keeping record of cheques returned.Short payment received correspondence with clients.Perform Invoices Dispatching / emailing Creating Daily Mailing List Giving short copies digitally to print to printing department and maintaining records of digital copies received.Handling claims, if required mailing the required documents.
